A double soul, a double passion, a professional path played on parallel lines that of Rita Boldarino. Udinese by birth and then by choice, Rita has built over time a perfect balance between two sides of her identity; the rational and pragmatic one, which led her to take an interest in numbers and the corporate world, and the more artistic one, which led her to cultivate body expression. So to her studies in Business Administration and advanced courses at Bocconi, she immediately intertwined her commitment to sports disciplines, training different skills but always making a profession of her passions. After the first years in an accountant's office, to touch the practicality of numbers at work, Rita Boldarino soon headed towards the corporate world where she embarked on a path of more than twenty years of experience as responsible in the area of management control which long becomes the core of one's role spent always in industry-leading companies. In recent years she then integrated temporary manager experiences as a business consultant, organization and personnel management which enabled her to further mature top-down visioning skills in organizations and a highly varied professional profile.
