We therefore invite you, before transmitting any Personal Data to the Controller, to carefully read this Policy, which contains important information about the processing of your Personal Data.
"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable person is any natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more characteristic elements of his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
Nature of data processed:
We will process personal data that you provide to us:

Purposes of the processing: 4Days Srl will process your personal data (for example: name, surname, company name, address, telephone and email contact details, VAT number) acquired by filling in the contact form within this website, in the pre-contractual and contractual phase.
We may process your personal data for the following purposes:
- For the Management of communications with the data subject, and any of his/her requests, and if necessary to communicate the data subject's data to third parties for the sole purpose of responding to your request;
If the data subject is a customer or potential customer, we will process his/her data for pre-contractual and contractual management, for the planning and execution of activities, and the provision of requested services, and related additional services;
for the Management of the customer's account as a visitor and/or registered user of the site, to enable him/her to navigate the Internet site to learn about and learn more about the activities carried out and the services offered by us.

The legal basis for such processing is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

The Data Controller has not, as of now, formally designated a Data Protection Officer pursuant to Article 37 of EU Regulation 2016/679, as it does not fall within the obligatory cases.
