Under the hat Less is More, one year ago, 4Days started. With the payoff, chosen with reason and instinct, a true declaration of intent, the challenge to address complex issues with the linearity and simplicity that only experience allows. It is also a declaration of a way of being, of a common denominator that binds the internal team, partners and clients, oriented towards pursuing objectives and goals, leaving all frills behind. A modus operandi that immediately proved to be rewarding and that today allows 4Days in to blow out its first important candle with a perspective of growth.
To comment on this first milestone, the founding members Marco Lotti and Emilio Ziraldo.
"We can only express great satisfaction for what has happened in these months - says Marco Lotti -. In times that are certainly complex, we have succeeded in all the development objectives that we had set ourselves, going even further. Not only have revenue targets been achieved with an important portfolio of activities, but we have managed to consolidate a network of collaborations of which we feel proud."
First and foremost, starting with the internal team. The founding group, which - in addition to Lotti and Ziraldo - immediately included Cristiano Di Paolo, Gabriele Cossu, Giovanni Carta, Alessandra Commisso, Cecilia Bertoia, was enriched in the first few months, following the rapid growth of the company.
“It is a reason for us to be very pleased that the group is growing rapidly and has already seen the permanent introduction of new, highly experienced collaborators. From Ugo Leita, a manager of the highest national and international level in the field of Procurement e Supply Chain Management myself to Marcello Vezzelli, who brings his national and international expertise in BIM, up to the entry of Mauro Sarti, also a high-level managerial profile on training that will give a strong impetus to the development of a topic to which we are historically linked."
But there are also young recruits who bring new life and energy. After the graduation internship Luca Buisset - Mktg, Sales and Communication - joined 4Days and always in the field of the study of competences in complex project management areas Aimen Msatfi, renewing the collaboration with the University of Economics and Business of Udine.
“Extreme positivity of the collaboration also with our our historical partners and those with whom the commitment on ambitious project axes has been strengthened, among which in no particular order WebRatio, BimO, SACEE, ComPA FVG, Eurosystem, Università degli Studi di Udine, DeltaWorksA network of high quality at the service of our customers who have made a great leap forward with important projects and new acquisitions quali Udinese Calcio, GSA, Danieli, Gruppo Cividale, Veritas, Korus International-–And other prestigious realities with which we are defining the path of collaboration.”
Driving the growth process are two main drivers of business development:
“On the one hand, there has been a significant growth in clients and activities to support business development with impact in the area of Process Reengineering and Information Technology, both from the training and consulting point of view and from the Temporary Management point of view. On the other hand, strategic services in the BIM area continue to grow, both from an organizational and technological point of view.”
And last but not least, the results profile, which positively crowns efforts and activities.
"We closed the first year above expectations in terms of turnover, with a positive profit, which is not at all trivial for a start-up, but which is undoubtedly a further reason for confidence in the development process that we have outlined for the first three years of work."
A picture of satisfaction, therefore, that prefigures a year, 2022, as challenging and ambitious but that sees all 4Days strongly motivated to renew the challenge.
