My 4Days: Management Engineer, I lived the first half of my professional life in companies with management roles, the second half as a management consultant and temporary manager. I love working on Change and Innovation processes, living them with passion, and being stimulated by the search for meaning and the resolution of complex problems.

My fifth day: It's as intense as my working days, dedicated to my relationships and my passions; sports (I was a basketball player, coach, and manager), scuba diving, my dogs, reading, and above all else, the sea.

Area: Strategy, Business Management, Business Process Reengineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Innovation Management

My 4Days: Management Engineer, I had the chance to observe, reengineer, integrate and implement critical business processes (ERP and Business Control, SCM, MES, PDM, PM) in different realities, under different points of view (managerial and consulting) and organizational cultures (medium and large, national and international). Together with the trait that leads me to deepen and take care of details, this has allowed me to combine organizational vision and application design, coordinating and harmonizing different skills and above all deeply affecting change, innovation and efficiency.

My fifth day: I surf between the passions of my heart (my family and my little one), the calls of curiosity (study and deepen), and my passions (sailing, cinema, walking in the mountains) including evenings with friends.

My 4Days: After many years as IT manager in a large multinational group, I decided to marry a project in which I firmly believe, with a group of friends and professionals that I respect. With great enthusiasm, I try to make my skills and experience available to customers to face challenges and projects alongside them.

My fifth day: My family, good reads, a passion for volleyball, and many other interests fill my free time - there is no time for idleness or boredom.

Area: IT Management, Innovation Processes, and Application Design

My 4Days: I have been interested in technology and information technology for many years and I follow the evolution for personal passion. In 4Days I find the ideal environment where I can put my experience to good use, integrating it with the innovative ideas that I cultivate in my research. A good part of my time is spent in the continuous research and testing of new solutions and in the development of prototypes that simulate real cases. 

My fifth day: I consider myself lucky to have a passion that coincides with my work. For this reason, my research and my study have the double advantage of having fun and being a source of business solutions. I have some experience in the field of microelectronics that I use to create home automation systems. On several occasions, I have drawn from these many ideas that have found use in client projects. I spend, indeed, a part of my time listening to classical music paying particular attention to it.

Area: Organization and Processes

My 4Days: I have worked in IT and Operations Management for companies operating in various sectors. Today, with 4Days I develop the organizational and systems of our clients applying my professional experiences in business process reengineering projects.

My fifth day: I harness my electric guitar and play loudly with my rock band. I strap on my bike and pedal aimlessly. I take off in an airplane to change my perspective on the world.

Area: Business development, Planning and management in training and people development

My 4Days: My professional activity has always taken place within companies that provide IT services and solutions. I started in the technology sector and then moved on to the commercial sector and finally as head of a corporate academy. I find 4Days a particularly stimulating and inspiring environment where I can bring my contribution and my experience to develop and expand the training offer, an area that I believe is essential to advance both professionals and companies and characterize it more and more towards a concept of excellence.

My fifth day: I divide it mainly between my family, friends, and my main passions; personal training (in stress management and personal expression), sports (I was a competitive rowing athlete and now I practice as a master athlete with a black belt interval in karate), mountains (an environment that fascinates and inspires me all seasons) and reading.

My 4Days: For almost thirty years I have covered various roles in the procurement/supply chain management field, even in structured companies, up to coordinating multidisciplinary teams on complex projects; now I spend this experience passionately supporting our customers by accompanying them in their change processes.

My fifth day: It can be family, work, friends, passions... definitely fulfilling as such

CONSULTANT

Area: Project Management, User Experience, Management Control, Application Design

My 4Days: Management Engineer, I find in 4Days the perfect environment to put in place both my technical knowledge and creativity. At 4Days I deal with the design of training activities, testing activities in application development and, always in the application area, User Experience Design and rapid prototyping.

My fifth day: I am a musician and I carry on my artistic activity in a professional way, sometimes collaborating with professional orchestras (La Fenice in Venice) but especially with my string quartet ArTime Quartet.I love to travel, I'm curious and I like to learn new things.

CONSULTANT IN BIM MANAGEMENT

Area: BIM Management, R&S

My 4Days: Civil Engineer and BIM Manager, I believe in BIM as a process and in 4Days I find my ideal environment. Driven by the desire to passionately apply my knowledge to the challenge of digitization of the construction world, I deal with BIM Management, innovation, and research and development activities related to Digital Engineering and the BIM world.

My fifth day: I am a very active and sporty person, snowboarding, soccer, cycling, and surfing are my passion. I love to climb mountains with my bike but even more, to travel around the world, Australia is my second home and Sydney is my favorite city.

ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE SPECIALIST

Area: Administration, Communication

My 4Days: I'm coming to 4Days to take care of administration, finance, and communication using my previous work experience. I have a rich background of experience in various fields, an orderly character, and a positive attitude, I love speaking languages having used three of them professionally.

My fifth day: : I love the sea. I'm strong-willed, a bit stubborn, and when I set a goal I try to reach it with maximum effort, just like the sea does when it tries to kiss the sand despite how many times it is sent back. I've never seen the waves give up...that's why I love the sea.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Area: Research and development

My 4Days: Maths student, ho sospeso gli studi per immergermi in una nuova esperienza nel mondo del lavoro. Mi dedico a trovare soluzioni innovative a problemi complessi, guardando sempre un passo avanti alle nuove tecnologie.

My fifth day: I havebeen collaboratingate for some time with a US company that designs and distributes board games. With them I have already had the opportunity to test several titles on the market before release. I alternate this passion with photography and the study of classical guitar.

My 4Days: Management engineer, for over 20 years I have been involved in business process improvement projects, organisational change and implementation of IT infrastructures. I don't miss an opportunity to disseminate experiences and methodologies through teaching, a moment of reflection and creation of shared value. Continuous updating, study and certification of skills are essential elements of my way of understanding the profession. 

My fifth day: Family, home and friends are the references around which my free time revolves, not forgetting the pleasure of a good book and relaxation.

PRODUCT MANAGER, SENIOR CONSULTANT

Area: BIM, CDE management, Project management, Business Process Management, Gestione processi software.

My 4Days: BIM has always been the focus of my career path. Having joined Cimolai through an internship, here I was able to train my skills as a BIM Specialist and Coordinator for several years on various types of contracts, standardization processes and procedures, R&D, accumulating extensive experience on construction sites and wide-ranging projects. From there, as CDE Manager, I was an active part of the Truspace project managing the collaboration with 4Days. My 4Days: After my early years in an accounting firm, I embarked on a 20-plus year journey as a responsible in the area of management control in industry-leading companies. In recent years I have integrated temporary manager experience as a business consultant, organization and personnel management, further maturing the ability to take a top-down view in organizations. Today, my experience allows me to play a cross-functional role in 4Days to contribute to the company's financial performance.

My fifth day: I like to spend it between the gym and the sea, but also with family and friends, including four-legged friends.

Area: Project Management, Change Management

My 4Days: With a degree in mathematics, for many years I have been involved in software development project management or product delivery in different areas and market types, from the manufacturing universe to telecommunications. Scrum Master certified, interested in change and innovation processes, in 4Days I curate the delivery processes of the Truspace platform, accompanying its implementation in client companies and organizations.

My fifth day: I love to travel, play sports, walk in the mountains and when possible even challenge it--riding my motorcycle. As well as taking care of my children and two dogs.
