In the personal sphere Alice Rizzi likes to start and end each day with a story. But it is her career path that takes on the features of an exciting narrative, made up of unexpected choices and trajectories, which have led her from the humanities to digital innovation and finally to BIM. A native Friulian, Alice first gave voice to her humanist soul with a degree in International and Diplomatic Sciences at the University of Gorizia and a master's degree in Social Forecasting in Trento. But it is the world of work that changes the sign and direction of her path: an unexpected opportunity introduces her to the IT world, where she discovers and experiences a perfect meeting point between her passion for the territory and digital. After an initial experience with Google and Unioncamere, she specialised in the creation and management of software and custom projects for companies, appreciating the dynamism inherent in this field. Her ability to weave relationships, combined with a strategic vision, allows her to train between business, technology and relationships, gaining a series of experiences in companies of various sectors, from PA to the energy sector, always with a common thread: building tailor-made solutions, in a mix of creativity and innovation.
From January 2025 Alice Rizzi lands in 4Days per ricoprire un ruolo trasversale which will bring together expertise, vision and relationships in BIM projects for clients.
- What is one phrase that inspires you and in which you recognize yourself?
“It is the choices we make that show who we really are, much more than our abilities. (J.K.Rowling).
- Your job title reads ‘Senior Consultant’. In other words?
- What led you to 4Days?
I have always been fascinated by the idea of a new approach to work, focused on productivity and well-being. The possibility of working in an environment that promotes a balance between professional and personal life attracted me from the start. Of 4Days, I also share the approach of focusing on goals and collaboration to work better, smarter and without sacrificing one's own interests.
- What you take with you and what you leave behind?
Non lascio nulla alle spalle, porto con me quanto appreso nelle esperienze precedenti, la voglia di imparare e migliorare continuamente, e la consapevolezza dell’importanza del confronto per crescere sia professionalmente che personalmente.
- In your way of working, the watchword is...
Collaboration. I believe in sharing objectives and strategies in order to be efficient, and in confrontation to define how to carry out work. Being clear, respectful and open towards the people around you is fundamental to being able to achieve goals and grow both professionally and as individuals.
- How do you love to start and end your working day?
I like to start the day by listening to stories, via radio or podcasts, before moving on to daily activities. At the end of the day, I like to go out and do activities, from aperitifs - a true Friulian custom - to walks.
- What is your special project at 4Days?
My project is to find solutions to support our customers through innovative methodologies and digital tools.
- What you love to do on "Day 5"?
On the fifth day, I love doing activities with my friends and family: singing, reading and taking care of my cats.
