Over one hundred administrations involved, one hundred and twenty participants: these are the starting numbers of the path undertaken by 4 Days and ComPa FVG, competence center for the public administration, in the first year of a shared commitment, to support a project of qualified training innovation in the process of digital transformation of the public administration.

A commitment now destined not only to replicate but to strengthen with new projects after the success of the first months of collaboration.

The training project dedicated to the public administration took shape in 2021 with a multidisciplinary path that, under the design and coordination of 4 Days, integrated a bouquet of diversified skills, coming from the public administration, from the field of disciplinary design (architecture, structural and infrastructural engineering, plant engineering), up to the legal aspects , to offer a panoramic view of what is the impact of BIM management in public administration.

When we talk about BIM we are talking about a disruptive methodological innovation, destined to revolutionize in the coming years the management of any asset of "public good".

A correct and innovative approach to the subject could not but welcome a point of view that focuses on the new role that the administrator is called to play, an approach that has been declined with exceptional testimonials such as the Dean of the Master BIM of Udine Alberto Sdegno, and Cinzia Gatto of the Ministry of Infrastructure - Interregional Superintendent of Lombardy Emilia Romagna, as well as professionals already active for some time on the BIM front.

The response, more than positive, didn't take long to arrive, with the confirmation of having "hit the mark" and having filled a particularly felt training gap with an adequate proposal. Positive feedback and high evaluations by the participants generated a favorable word of mouth that multiplied the number of registrations for the editions planned for 2022,all booked in a short time.

A more than encouraging start that has immediately opened new scenarios of collaboration that see 4 Days and ComPa FVG again around a project table on stimulating topics such as in-depth courses addressed to the Mayors of FVG on Smart Cities or second level training for public managers.

A growing mosaic of training supports that will allow the actors of the FVG PA to mature the right awareness and method to lead the transformation of which they are called to be protagonists in the coming years.
