A challenging start of the year for 4Days. It has started the project that will commit 4Days together with Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia and Insiel<\/mark> to the experimentation of the use of the Truspace platform as a possible solution for the digital management of BIM contracting stations in FVG. Let's talk about it with Marco Lotti, co-founder of 4Days with Emilio Ziraldo, that expresses a lot of satisfaction for this project<\/mark> in the phase of start.<\/p>\n

2023 opens with the knowledge of a particularly challenging project for 4Days...<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

ML<\/strong> \u201cThere is no doubt: the project makes us<\/span>proud because <\/span>it starts <\/span>officially <\/span>a path<\/span> in <\/span>comparison and <\/span>innovation <\/span>with Region and <\/span>I<\/span>NSIEL<\/span>, <\/span>the entity that represents<\/span><\/span> the digital development of <\/span>public administration <\/span>of Friuli Venezia Giulia<\/span>. <\/span> And<\/span>it is<\/span>,<\/span> to date<\/span>,<\/span> the<\/span> first experimentation of this kind<\/span> in Italy.<\/span><\/span>\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Moreover, it is a confirmation of the uniqueness and power of Truspace platform...<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

ML \u201d<\/strong>Truspace platform, the innovation project developed by 4Days, has proven of being <\/span>efficient<\/span> in different contexts,<\/span> Public and Private, in Design & <\/span>Build<\/span> as well as in Asset Management processes<\/span>.<\/span> Due to this it has<\/span> been <\/span><\/span>choosen <\/span>on an experimental basis <\/span>as a solutio<\/span>and <\/span>for <\/span>supporting <\/span>the<\/span> processes of public contracts managed <\/span>BIM<\/span> BIM<\/span>, in<\/span> compliance<\/span>with <\/span>the development of regulations which provides for <\/span>the <\/span>progressive<\/span>compulsory use of <\/span>BIM<\/span> metodology for contracting stations <\/span>BIM<\/span>. <\/span>It is<\/span> a<\/span>broad <\/span>in<\/span> project<\/span> , <\/span>with a prominent<\/span> partner <\/span>in the context <\/span>of an<\/span> important <\/span>scenario <\/span>like the one of<\/span> Regione FVG.<\/span><\/span>\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Is the project going to involve all the regional public administration?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

ML<\/strong> \u201cF<\/span>experimentation <\/span>is going to involve<\/span> first <\/span>a set number of<\/span>PA<\/span> for <\/span>in order to build<\/span> immediately <\/span>a <\/span>diversified<\/span> panel <\/span>of contracting stations. <\/span>Thus,<\/span>entities <\/span>that <\/span>are going to manage big <\/span>contracts, <\/span><\/span>as well as<\/span><\/span> smaller <\/span>entities, <\/span>in order to test miscellaneous <\/span>processes <\/span>according to the type of <\/span>PA<\/span>asset and<\/span>ate<\/span> with commissions it.<\/span><\/span>\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

How is the relation going to articulate? <\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

ML <\/strong>\u201dThe<\/span> sce<\/span>n<\/span>ario of this<\/span><\/span> large-scale experimentation <\/span>planned <\/span>with <\/span>I<\/span>Insie<\/span>l<\/span> also involves a consulting and formative support <\/span>on <\/span>the management of contracts. <\/span>In other words, it will involve <\/span>not only the technological<\/span> infrastructure, but <\/span>also <\/span>progressive<\/span>the support of <\/span>the administrations in <\/span>this<\/span>\u00a0crucial <\/span>step.<\/span><\/span>\u201c<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

What temporal dimension will the experiment have?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

ML<\/strong> \u201cThe<\/span> large-scale experimentation <\/span>experimentation is <\/span>scheduled for nine months, <\/span>during which time we will also have the opportunity <\/span>to test and evaluate the interaction of <\/span>our <\/span>solution with <\/span>with those <\/span>currently in use in <\/span>the region, for<\/span> example <\/span>with <\/span>Eagle<\/span>, <\/span>Insiel's <\/span>in <\/span>Insiel,<\/span> for the local information<\/span>.<\/span>\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

What will be the next steps?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

ML<\/strong> \u201cThe months of January and February were dedicated to the planning, the study of the architectures of integration with the ecosystem made available by Insiel for the PA of the region and the involvement of the administrations that are part of the experimentation.<\/span><\/p>\n

From March will be launched training courses on the platform and the start of the first pilot projects with individual administrations. Between July and September we estimate that we will have the first results of the accompanying process.<\/span>\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Is this a challenging project in which the whole 4Days team will be involved?<\/strong><\/p>\n

ML <\/strong>\u201cInnovation <\/span>and experimentation are the guiding threads that are accompanying us in these years given the innovation and recent introduction of the methodology itself. In this case the innovation, for which it has to be given credit to the Region FVG and to <\/span>Insiel,<\/span>, <\/span>is in the integrated <\/span>approach <\/span>which involves <\/span>on a large-scale basis <\/span>the territory<\/span>, <\/span>representing as far as we know <\/span>a unique<\/span>ness<\/span> in Italy or abroad. <\/span>On the other hand in this<\/span>region FVG once again stands out for innovation capacity and autonomy in a <\/span>progressive <\/span>scenario.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

For us, it is a process in continuity with an accompaniment to the transformation of the PA <\/span>in which we are active <\/span>in different regions; this <\/span>was<\/span> made possible<\/span> also <\/span>through <\/span>the contribution <\/span>to the training courses promoted by ComPa that gave us the opportunity to know in depth the network of contracting stations.<\/span>elle<\/span> stazioni appaltanti. <\/span>Being<\/span><\/span> active <\/span>and in the forefront <\/span>in the territory<\/span> in the context of an international<\/span> methodological <\/span>dynamic<\/span> is a reason<\/span>, I confirm, <\/span>of great enthusiasm and pride for the whole team.<\/span><\/span>\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
